Two factories, both located in Huangshan, Anhui province, covers an area of 28000 square metres . Snuggle bedding factory specialized in filled bedding products, including pillow, duvet, quilt and blanket; Star bedding factory Specialized in waterproof products, including mattress protector and laminated fabrics.

Snuggle factory currently equips 5 multi-needle machines and 16 single-needle machines (for thick products over 350gsm) and a ultrasonic- needle machine. – The production capacity equals to about 2000 thick mattress toppers, plus 980 thin mattress toppers for mattress per day.

Star factory equips with Eton hanging product system, obtaining 2 laminate machines, 2 multi-needle machines (for quilted mattress products). – The production capacity equals to about 12000 mattress protectors per day.
